A leaking pipe should be repaired as soon as possible to prevent water damage to the surrounding areas, which may result in the need for expensive water damage repair. Because leaks often happen in pipes that are not easily seen, it can be difficult to know the source of the problem. We will locate the source of the leak and repair it quickly.

Some problems with plumbing pipes are more extensive than a single leaking pipe. If the pipes are worn out, corroded, and need to be replaced, our plumbers will replace the pipes to restore your plumbing system.

  • Discolored Water – When the water has a rusty color, it can be a sign of corrosion in the pipes. As water pipes begin to wear out, the rust can enter the water supply and cause discoloration.
  • Corroded Pipes – Over time, pipes can begin to corrode. Because much of your plumbing system is behind walls or under floors, you may not be able to see the pipes. However, corrosion may be seen in the exposed areas of your pipes. If you notice flaking, dimpling, or discoloration, you may have corroded pipes.
  • Water Pressure Problems – Pinholes or small leaks in the pipes can cause low water pressure. If you have a problem with water pressure and leaks or pinholes in more than one pipe, it may be time to have the pipes replaced.
  • Frequent Leaks – Occasional pipe leaks can have a variety of causes that may not indicate the need to replace all the plumbing pipes. However, if you frequently have leaks in different areas of the plumbing system, it can be a sign that the pipes are corroding and should be replaced.
